Favorites Club is an online public leaderboard service. By using the site or purchasing a display placement, you agree to these Terms.
A customer may make a one-time payment to add a named entry or increase an existing entry's displayed total in a selected category. Paid totals determine the entry's relative position on the public leaderboard. The service provides online display placement only. It does not offer prizes, cash rewards, investment returns, chance-based outcomes, or gambling.
Payments are processed by our merchant-of-record payment provider. A placement is delivered after the provider confirms successful payment and the entry is updated on the public leaderboard. We may decline or remove entries that are unlawful, infringing, abusive, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate for a public service.
Refunds are available for duplicate charges, technical failures, or a paid placement that was not delivered. Once a requested placement has been delivered and displayed, it is generally non-refundable. We may update the service, leaderboard rules, or these Terms when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular ranking position, as rankings change when other customers make payments.
